it has nothing to with technology but everything to do with money. consoles getting higher sales so they lead for that simple fact. if everyone bought gaming PC then it would jump to the top and be lead platform.

I think the dev should offer this DLC but make it more of a shortcut pack. as in they should make it so when you beat the game you unlock all of this for the next play thru. If you want it right at the start then the DLC shortcut can be used for those that want to pay.
otherwise if the only way to unlock it is by paid DLC then this is a bad choice and a nexample of how NOT to do DLC
they dont put them in and ppl complain.

I p[layed the PC beta all weekend. this game is a shooter in mmo skin and it WORKS VERY WELL it is extremely fun and does feel a little innovative when you are fighting a world boss or an event and there are 100 ppl around all going nuts with crazy weapons. its like borderlands in 3rd person with MMO elements. its good and it convinced me to buy
in time this too shall pass
